Welcome to the 2nd Grade

Nathaniel will be going to the second grade next year -- YEAH!! He worked really hard this past year and was able to receive a gold medal for reading over 100 books and making over 90% on at least 60 tests about the books that he read. We are so proud of him. The pictures are from his first grade awards where he got three certificates and his gold medal. Way to go, Nathaniel!

For most of the night, Lydia would call Rowdy ... "Birdie-Bird' when she saw him. When we saw him she kept asking him to take off his head :)

Here's Lydia at the ballgame. She does really well and stays with us. She is a sports fan in the making :)

Nathaniel at Redhawks Game

Here's Nathaniel with Jody and mom at the game. He really enjoys the games and each time we go he figures out more and more about the game. Of course, we leave it up to Jody to tell him about the games ... she's the expert!

I don't know anything about any sport :)
